Stringing blocks recover damper is used for the guide rope and double pulley rollers after OPGW stringing operations. It can tighten the guide rope to prevent touching the hot line. It is used to deliver guide rope and double pulley rollers from one steel tower to another, running on earth wire by self-driving system.
